Family Yoga

Enjoy a lighthearted yoga session with your littles! Activities include partner poses, age-appropriate breathing practices & mindfulness activities, stories, colouring sheets or a craft to take home. Mats & props are provided. Suggested age for children is 2 to 6 years.

 

Fee:

  • $20 (taxes included) 1 adult & 1 child
  • $25 (taxes included) 2 adults & 1 child OR 1 adult & 2 children
  • $30 (taxes included) per family (4 participants); $5 for each additional participant
  • Cash, e-transfer, debit/credit (tap only) accepted

Kids Yoga

A special yoga session for children aged 7 to 11 years old! Activities include seated & standing poses, age-appropriate mindfulness practices, & colouring sheets or a craft to take home. Mats & props are provided. Children should be comfortable participating in the session independently.

 

Fee:

  • $10 (taxes included) per child
  • $18 (taxes included) for 2 children attending together
  • $24 (taxes included) for 3 children attending together

All Levels Yoga

Enjoy a hatha-style yoga session, including mindfulness meditation & an extended Savasana, during your visit to Pike Lake Park! Mats & props are provided. Ages 12+ years. 

 

Fee:

  • $22 (taxes included) per person
  • $38 (taxes included) for 2 people attending together
  • $48 (taxes included) for 3 people attending together

Private Group Sessions

Book a private group session during your visit to Pike Lake Park! We’ll work with you to create a 60-minute experience that allows you to connect with nature, yourself, & others in your group. 

 

Fee:

  • Up to 5 people: $25 (taxes included) per person 
  • 6 to 10 people: $20 (taxes included) per person
  • 11 to 15 people: $15 (taxes included) per person
